interest rate and length of time in which it must be paid
back. Real estate notes are usually secured with a mortgage
or trust deed.

will be quoted will be net to you, the actual amount you

lined up for your note (or your client's note) in just a few
days.
5. How long will it take before I get my money?
- Normal closing time is 2 to 3 weeks but it could be
quicker.
